PRIVACY POLICY OF THE WEBSITE WWW.BEECOLLECTOR.COM

1. The protection of Users’ personal data is of the utmost importance to the Owner of this website. He makes every effort to ensure that Users feel secure when entrusting their personal data while using the website.
2. A User is a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality, to which the law grants legal capacity, using electronic services available on the website.
3. This privacy policy explains the principles and scope of processing the User’s personal data, their rights, as well as the obligations of the data administrator, and also informs about the use of cookies.
4. The Administrator uses the most modern technical measures and organizational solutions ensuring a high level of protection of processed personal data and security against access by unauthorized persons.

I. PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR

The administrator of personal data is company FERNANDO DYMITR JUSZCZUK., with headquarters in GDAŃSK, UL. ŚLĄSKA 17/18, 80-389 GDAŃSK, NIP: 7422189443, REGON: 382233290 (hereinafter referred to as: “Administrator” and “Owner”).

II. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

1. The Administrator processes the User’s personal data for the purpose of: – preparing offers related to inquiries about services provided by FERNANDO DYMITR JUSZCZUK – accepting applications as part of recruitment conducted by FERNANDO DYMITR JUSZCZUK.

2. This means that this data is needed in particular for:
a. registering on the website;
b. concluding an agreement;
c. making settlements;
d. delivering the goods ordered by the User or performing services;
e. using by the User of all consumer rights (e.g. withdrawal from the contract, warranty);
f. conducting the recruitment process;

3. The User may also consent to receiving information about new products and promotions, which will cause the administrator to also process personal data in order to send the User commercial information regarding, among others, new products or services, promotions or sales.

4. Personal data is also processed as part of fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the data administrator and implementing tasks in the public interest, including performing tasks related to security and defense or storing tax documentation.

5. Personal data may also be processed for the purposes of direct marketing of products, securing and pursuing claims or protection against claims of the User or a third party, as well as marketing services and products of third parties or own marketing that is not direct marketing.

III. TYPE OF DATA

The Administrator processes the following personal data, the provision of which is necessary for:
a. registering on the website: – first and last name; – email address;
b. making purchases through the website: – first and last name; – delivery address; – billing address; – phone number; – email address;
c. Data provided by the User optionally: – NIP number (in case of requesting an invoice for an entrepreneur).

In the case of withdrawal from the contract or acceptance of a complaint, when the refund is made directly to the User’s bank account, we also process information regarding the bank account number in order to make the refund.

3. In addition, the Administrator also processes the following data:
• billing address
• bank account number

IV. LEGAL BASIS FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1-88, as well as the Act of May 24, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) with subsequent amendments, hereinafter referred to as: “GDPR regulation”.

2. The Administrator processes personal data only after obtaining prior consent of the User, expressed at the time of registration on the website or at the time of confirmation of a transaction made on the website.

Consent to the processing of personal data is completely voluntary, however, failure to provide it makes it impossible to register on the website and make purchases through the website.

V. RIGHTS OF THE USER

1. The User may at any time request from the administrator information about the scope of processing personal data.

2. The User may at any time request correction or rectification of their personal data. The User may also do this independently after logging into their account.

3. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data without giving a reason. The request not to process data may concern a specific purpose of processing indicated by the User, e.g. withdrawal of consent to receive commercial information or concern all purposes of data processing. Withdrawal of consent for all purposes of processing will result in the User’s account being deleted from the website, along with all personal data of the User previously processed by the administrator. Withdrawal of consent will not affect activities already performed.

4. The User may at any time request, without giving a reason, that the administrator delete their data. The request to delete data will not affect the activities performed so far. Deletion of data means simultaneous deletion of the User’s account, along with all personal data saved and processed so far by the administrator.

5. The User may at any time express objection to the processing of personal data, both in the scope of all personal data of the User processed by the administrator, as well as only to a limited extent, e.g. regarding the processing of data for a specifically indicated purpose. The objection will not affect activities performed so far. Lodging an objection will result in the deletion of the User’s account, along with all personal data saved and processed so far by the administrator.

6. The User may request limitation of processing personal data, whether for a specific period of time or without a time limit, but in a specific scope, which the administrator will be obliged to fulfill. This request will not affect activities performed so far.

7. The User may request that the administrator transfer the User’s processed personal data to another entity. The User should write a request to the administrator, indicating to which entity (name, address) the User’s personal data should be transferred and what specific data the User wishes the administrator to transfer. After confirmation by the User of their wish, the administrator will transfer, in electronic form, the User’s personal data to the indicated entity. Confirmation by the User of the request is necessary due to the security of the User’s personal data and obtaining certainty that the request comes from an authorized person.

8. The administrator informs the User about the actions taken, within one month from receiving one of the requests mentioned in the previous points.

VI. PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

1. In principle, personal data is stored only as long as it is necessary to fulfill contractual or statutory obligations for which it was collected. This data will be deleted immediately when its storage is no longer necessary, for evidentiary purposes, in accordance with civil law or in connection with the statutory obligation to store data.

2. Information regarding the contract is kept for evidentiary purposes, for a period of three years, starting from the end of the year in which the business relationship with the User was terminated. Data will be deleted after the expiry of the statutory limitation period for contractual claims.

3. In addition, the administrator may retain archival information regarding the transactions concluded, as their storage is related to the claims to which the User is entitled, e.g. under warranty.

4. If no agreement has been concluded between the User and the Owner, the User’s personal data is stored until the User’s account on the website is deleted. Account deletion may occur as a result of a request from the User, withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data, or objection to the processing of this data.

VII. ENTRUSTING THE PROCESSING OF DATA TO OTHER ENTITIES

1.The administrator may entrust the processing of personal data to entities cooperating with the administrator, to the extent necessary for the implementation of the transaction, e.g. in order to prepare the ordered goods and deliver shipments or provide commercial information from the administrator (the latter applies to Users who have agreed to receive commercial information).

2. Apart from the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, the personal data of Users will not be in any way made available to third parties or transferred to other entities for the purpose of sending marketing materials of these third parties.

3. DPersonal data of Users of the website is not transferred outside the European Union.

4. This Privacy Policy complies with the provisions resulting from art. 13 par. 1 and par. 2 of the GDPR regulation.

The website uses cookies or similar technology (hereinafter collectively referred to as: “cookies”) to collect information about the User’s access to the website (e.g. via computer or smartphone) and their preferences. They are used, among others, for advertising and statistical purposes and to adapt the website to the individual needs of the User.

1. Cookies are fragments of information that contain a unique reference code that the website sends to the User’s device, in order to store, and sometimes track information about the device used. They usually do not allow to identify the User’s person. Their main task is to better match the website to the User.

IX. Access to personal data by third parties

As a rule, the only recipient of personal data provided by Users is the Administrator. Data collected as part of the services provided is not transferred or resold to third parties. Access to data (most often on the basis of a Data Processing Agreement) may be held by entities responsible for maintaining the infrastructure and services necessary to operate the website, i.e.: Hosting companies providing hosting or related services for the Administrator Entrusting the processing of personal data – Hosting, VPS or Dedicated Servers Services The Administrator uses the services of an external hosting, VPS or Dedicated Servers provider – cyber_Folks S.A. ul. Wierzbięcice 1B, 61-569 Poznań (Poland) to run the website. All data collected and processed in the service is stored and processed in the service provider’s infrastructure located in Poland. It is possible to access the data as a result of service works carried out by the service provider’s personnel. Access to this data is regulated by an agreement concluded between the Administrator and the Service Provider.
