Precision Beekeeping Hive Tool

The tool allows for frame prying in 3 different ways, thorough hive cleaning, and much more. Perfectly balanced, it reduces hand fatigue even during prolonged work. An essential tool for every beekeeper who values quality and comfort.
When designing this hive tool, we wanted it to have functionalities that I always found lacking in standard hive tools available on the market. What makes our hive tool stand out?
● Blade shape – The tool head has the shape of a truncated knife, combining the functions of a chisel and a knife. You can successfully separate glued frames or hive bodies with the blade. The cutting angle of the head ensures comfortable hand positioning during hive work. The sharpened edge provides cutting and scraping capabilities. The spike at the end of the head allows for supporting the frame and rotating it during inspection.
● Handle – Fits perfectly in your hand and provides a secure grip. It’s made of plastic that can be easily disinfected. The handle is detachable – you can easily unscrew it and thoroughly clean all the nooks and crannies.
● Wrench – The tool includes wrenches that fit M4 – M8 hexagonal head screws. A useful feature when you need to tighten something but don’t have your toolbox with you.
● Scraper – On the upper edge of the head, there is an aggressive scraper that will remove any difficult dirt such as dried propolis. The scraper can also serve as an emergency saw – it will cut through thin strips or branches.
● Materials – The tool is made from 3mm stainless steel. It’s hard, strong, and will certainly serve you for a long time. The handle is 3D printed from durable PETG material. In case of damage, it can be easily replaced with a new one.
